Price
Prices are quoted after we confirm the part specifications. Tax treatment will be stated on the quote. Destination customs duties, import taxes, and clearance-related charges for international shipments are not included (customer pays).
Payment
After you accept a quote, we send a Stripe payment link. Payment is by credit card via Stripe only. Work starts after payment is confirmed.
Delivery
After specs are confirmed, 2–4 weeks is the typical estimate. We confirm an estimate with your quote. International deliveries may take longer due to customs.
Returns
This is made-to-order: titanium parts are prepared to match the hardware you ship. The cooling-off period under Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply. We do not accept returns for customer convenience. Contact us promptly if the parts do not match the agreed specs. Defects and mismatches are handled under the Terms.
Network and arrangements
Matching titanium is prepared with manufacturers across Japan. icehamburg inc. handles intake, guidance, and shipping.
International shipping and duties
International shipping is quoted case by case. Duties, import taxes, and clearance fees at destination are the customer’s responsibility. We do not sell or ship DDP.
